All applications received are reviewed and short listed by a team of experienced volunteer adjudicators. The selection process occurs in two stages.

1. The first stage consists of short listing the applications by experienced individuals from the education, business and not-for-profit communities. 42 applications will be selected as finalists.
2. Once the applications have been short listed, they will proceed to the national judging panel for final assessment and selection. The national judging panel will consist of assessors who have made significant contributions to the world of education, business, and not-for-profit community.

Our adjudicators do not receive payment for their work. Their involvement is strictly in a voluntary capacity. Due to the need for impartiality, the names of the adjudicators will not be disclosed until after the assessment process has been completed.
