"Leading the Way!" Inspirational Assembly

Top 20 Under 20™'s Leading the Way! inspirational assembly is designed to inspire high school students to make a difference in their communities and encourage them to follow their dreams. Students are exposed to a high energy one hour assembly.

Leading the Way presents on a variety of topics including what stands in the way of our success and how to deal with peer pressure.  Also, there are live interviews with two Top 20 Under 20™ award recipients, everyday people who have done outstanding things within their community or started their own business. Providing students with a unique opportunity to hear from these inspiring young people through peer role modeling enables students to understand that following their goals and dreams can have a tremendous impact on their lives and the lives of others.

"The Leading the Way! presentation captivated the students' interest for the full hour! Mr. Stuart Knight has incredible energy and he is a gifted speaker to young people. The message of "What impacts success?" was one in which all students could relate and it was presented in a very motivating way. It was very effective to have two of the Top 20 Under 20T winners present to reinforce the point to the audience that "this could be me". I know that our students thoroughly enjoyed the assembly and feel that the inspirational message was truly 'heard'. I would strongly recommend this assembly to any junior or senior high age group. I commend you on your work of recognizing Canada's finest - our future leaders!"

~Janet Vivian-Walsh, Principal, Booth Memorial High School, St. John's, NL

"What was terrific about this presentation is that it is a highly positive message that applies to each and every student. They can all benefit regardless of gender, race, culture, creed or socio-economic background. I highly recommend it for any school in any community."

~Nancy Nightingale, Principal, AY Jackson Secondary School, Toronto, ON
